ABOUT POSITION
Department: Workforce Management
Position: Intern
Job Descriptions:
1.This position is responsible to assist RTM and scheduler maintaining the Aspect eWFM system
2.Duties will include update schedules and exceptions into system.
3.Assist with holiday staffing to ensure proper staffing is obtained.
4.Load shift bid data as required.
5.Assist scheduler to Populate schedules and group allowance data monthly.
6.Log & document help desk tickets with software vendor.
7.Process status changes in an accurate and timely manner.
8.Assist RTM and scheduler process email requests/inquires in a timely an accurate manner.
9.Perform new hire entry tasks into eWFM.
10.Perform related duties as assigned.
11.Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
12.Foster a positive and cooperative attitude with all company employees.
Requirements:
1.Science background ( math, computing, statistic is prefer)
2.Knowledge of external systems and software (Excel, Power Point, Visio).
3.Quick learner, intuitive, creative thinker.
4.Fluency in English required.
5.Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
6.Skill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
7.Unwavering attention to detail.
8.Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
9.Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
10.Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
