We are currently looking for interns as part of our Human Capital Line in Shan
ghai office. Besides the chance to work on our consulting projects, outperform
ing interns with high potential will be our first choice of permanent hire aft
er the internship and graduation.

Job Description
1. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the consulting profession
2. Strong academic performance and extracurricular activities
3. Always take the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressu
re
4. Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
5. Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
6. A fast learner and strong team player
7. Creative, flexible and self-confident

Job Requirements:
1. Major in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Psych
ology from top universities
2. First year or second year of postgraduate or junior student is preferred
3. Strong interests in and passion for pursuing consultancy as a career, previ
ous internship experience with other top management consulting companies is a
plus
4. Available to work ASAP
5. At least 3 days available per week, preferably 5 days during internship
