You are assigned a two-year Graduate Programme with a competitive salary
The two years are divided into eight-month modules which you will spend working in three different business units such as the US, China, India, Singapore, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, the UK and Denmark
As a Graduate you will work in one of Vestas’ three career tracks; Specialist, Project Management and Management
During each of the three modules, you will take part in challenging projects working with different managers and colleagues from around the world
You will become part of a global network of top talents
During the 4 global training camps, you will develop your personal competences and strengthen your future career profile
You will be assigned an experienced colleague as mentor
