interface with headquarters to follow up customers′items.
support field team promptly with updated information on product, engineering and troubleshooting technique.
interface suppliers and customers.
to be ready to backup and replace field team in the frontline whenever is necessary.
actively participate on the customer technical conferences and panels.
Requirements：
Bachelor Degree in mechanical / electronic or aeronautic engineering background.
Minimum of 5 years experience on aircraft maintenance, associated with airlines engineering.
Fluent English, writing, reading and speaking.
Excellent communication skill.
Team working spirit.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good command in work with Excel, Word, Power Point.
