　　中国是世界上人口最多的国家，也是世界的能源消耗国。快速增加的能源需求已经使中国成为在国际能源市场极具影响力的国家。随着我国经济的高速发展，能源供应压力显著增大。显然，这与我国当前经济和社会发展所处的阶段有着切实的关系。但是，不管我们处于怎样的发展阶段，如果能源消耗过多，就会因此受到惩罚，以致面临能源匮乏、环境污染和生态破坏等困境。
