　　工作内容：

　　（A）无线物理层 研发工程师：
　　You'll be working in a multicultural team to deliver software of the testing instrument with the latest 3G technology. Training can be tailored to speed up your career according to your experience, skills and interests. You are expected to take the responsibility in your discipline independently.
　　You should possess a Master degree in Wireless Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent disciplines with sufficient and relevant experience.

　　（B）NPSE- New Product Introduce Engineer：
　　Designs Agilent products and specifies the components that make up the products. Designs and develops products, processes, systems, services or scientific applications using broad engineering concepts and research techniques. Documents research and design specifications. Facilitates transition of product design and enhancement to full production/delivery.

　　Disciplines:
　　Responsible for development and execution of measurements to ensure customer specifications and instrument functional performance is supported within the manufacturing process.

　　1. Partner with PGU R&D, PGU-OF, and Manufacturing Center engineers to ensure new
　　functionality matches customer requirements, and can be consistently & economically produced in the Manufacturing Center.

　　2. Responsible for definition, characterization, development & final specifications of new measurements and functionality throughout the product development lifecycle from CON through SHP.

　　3. Optimize the balance of production test efficiency and level of confidence in product performance to customer specifications.

　　4. Develop specification budget and test line limits (TLL’s) for required measurements.
　　Release spec budget, TLL’s, and Test Integration documentation to production

　　技能要求:

　　（A）无线物理层 研发工程师：
　　- You should possess a Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Wireless Telecommunication, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines with sufficient and relevant experience.
　　- Experience and knowledge in mobile station or RAN equipments with formats such as CDMA2000/1xEV-DO, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA or LTE/TDD-LTE
　　- Demonstrated strong initiative, ownership, communication and teamwork skills
　　- Demonstrated strong written and verbal English language skills
　　- Experience in physical layer, strong background in RF signal analysis and measurements, and digital signal processing
　　- Experience in developing embedded and/or distributed system developments
　　- Strong C++ and C programming skill
　　- Real-time OS experience such as VxWorks
　　- Experience in analog and digital hardware is a plus.
　　- Experience with Unix and version control development environment is a plus.

　　（B）NPSE- New Product Introduce Engineer：
　　Masters Degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
　　Strong communication skills to support technical project management.
　　Ability to travel for initial training

　　Desired Skills & Experience:
　　demonstrated experience in development of electronic hardware, measurements, or software.
　　Experience in electronics production environment.
　　RF and/or microwave circuits & test knowledge.
　　Digital Signal Processing, Firmware, or Application Software development and/or QA
　　experience.
　　Specific programming experience such as VEE
