  在线研究样本公司寻找销售销售和项目经理职位,底薪+提成
  正式期税前4000RMB/月(税后约3500)+项目提成(500-1500RMB/月)+销售提成(500-2000RMB/月)+ 社保 (试用期1个月,底薪3500RMB/月税后+项目销售提成同上,)
  需要仔细、耐心、有责任心,能够有掌控力。
  专科或者本科,专业不限,英语读写能力需要良好,可以使用工作英语来进行与国外客户的联系(仅限邮件书面联系,不需要电话)。

  We are looking for an enthusiastic, bright and capable Client Development Executive and Project Manager to join the team.
  The successful candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively and be a proactive, highly motivated and flexible team player. You will have at least six months commercial experience and will ideally be a graduate with a college diploma or bachelor degree.
  Responsibilities Include:
  Prepare a wide range of written proposals, following client requests to use our online research panel services
  Support Client Development Managers in all aspects of the sales and marketing effort and relationship building relations with our clients
  Develop an expert knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques
  To undertake project management of occasional bespoke client projects
  Ensuring that all the project work is delivered on both ’right’ and ’on time’ to clients
  Conducting and documenting kick-off calls with clients to ensure a full and thorough understanding of the project requirements and accuracy of documentation
  Thoroughly check online survey is working and co-ordinate any amendments with client and programmer Provide client with an error free online survey link in a timely manner
  Co-ordinate questionnaire translation when necessary
  Co-ordinate sampling volume and selection
  Set up sampling plans for fieldwork
  Monitor survey progress and quotas, carry out data checks, communicate with clients, highlight any problem areas and propose solutions
  Co-ordinate survey closure and data preparation
  Supporting and training junior and new team members
  Work closely with team members to identify solutions to non-standard requirements and requests
  Ensuring that all internal systems are appropriately updated in a timely manner
  Familiarize with market research market environment and develop commercial awareness
