We are looking for research champions who have strong interest in the fmcg industries to join us as Country Research Analyst in Euromonitor. Potential candidates will be working from home on ad-hoc basis to provide analysis and insights into the respective industries. Selected applicants will be trained and versed in Euromonitors renowned research methodologies to produce high quality reports for our clients and meeting deadline at the same time.

For this role the candidate will be expected to:

• Store-visits to various retail outlets to track brand/product information; • Conduct secondary research on industries/companies/consumer trends ; • Conduct trade interviews/discussions via phone with companies and associations within the fmcg industry and build on existing contact list; • Engage in data calculations, analysis and estimations to develop national size/shares/data; • Forecast future consumer goods market trends, changes and developments; • Preparation and writing of company/industry reports( English); • Working closely with project manager on a regular basis to ensure delivery of high-quality research outputs

** Please note that for ad-hoc projects, tasks may vary and may not consist of the whole list of tasks mentioned above.

For this role, the potential candidate will have:

• Must be able to commit at least 20-30 hours per week during the working time ( From Monday to Friday) • Strong analytical and numerical abilities • Oral and written fluency in English ( A good CET 6 score or equivalent ) • Comfortable in conducting interviews/discussion via phone with companies • Able to work independently and meeting deadlines • Undergraduates with admission to post-graduate school / Post-graduates with sufficient time are welcomed to apply • Able to start immediately will be highly preferred • Weekly pay rate will be USD 120-150/week, project-based
