　　二、Management Trainee Programme
　　The Pernod Ricard Asia Regional Management Trainee Programme (RMTP) is designed to grow young Asian talents and shape our future leaders. RMTP is an eighteen month programme in which trainees are selected from five different countries in the region. During this period the trainees will receive extensive development, designed to grow their interpersonal and leadership skills as well as their functional competencies in their chosen focus.
