中英文对照注解：
A standard form contract prepared by one party and presented to another party， usually a consumer. These contracts are offered on a "take-it-or-leave-it" basis， providing the consumer no opportunity to negotiate the terms. For example， all the small print on the back of an airline ticket constitutes an adhesion contract because you don't even see it until after you've bought the ticket.
定式合同是指一方采用标准格式而预先准备好的合同，另一方，通常是消费者，不能就合同的条款进行协商和谈判，只能选择定还是不定。例如，飞机票后面印的条款就可以看成是定式合同，因为你只有买了票以后，才知道这些条款。
