工作职责：
－从事幼儿园一线教学工作，与家长形成良好、融洽的关系，善于总结一线教学中出现的问题并予以及时的反馈。

入职条件：
1、年龄在20至40岁之间，女性，幼儿师范、学前教育专业背景，大专以上学历，有幼儿园一线教学经验者优先；
2、热爱幼教事业，有亲和力和沟通能力，善于与他人合作，有很强的团队意识；
3、普通话标准，语言表达能力出色，热爱幼儿，善于与家长、幼儿沟通；
4、有强烈的责任心和职业道德。
