Job Description:

Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt non-technical in nature.

Will support account managers on the execution of different key projects.

Qualification:

· Can work 3-4 days a week, 10-12 months.

· Result orientation and eager to learn

· Strong sense and ability of project tracking/analysis/management/development

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

· Good interpersonal skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

Job Description:

Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt nontechnical in nature, including data analysis and reporting, and administrative work. Candidates are expected to devote 8-10 months on this job rather than a couple of months. Education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.

You should be a University graduate. Additional qualifications include:

- Strong Excel skills

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

- High proficiency in PC and hands-on experience in Microsoft® Office and/or Outlook*

- Strong communication skill, analytical skill, and problem solving skills

- Ability to manage multitask and to work in a dynamic and changing environment, either independently or in a team

- User experience with SAP* or other ERP tool would be an added advantage

- Previous working experience in multinational companies would be an added advantage
