Project Manager Assistant - Internship职位描述:
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Help to arrange conference with Maisons and prepare materials for discussion
- Help to communicate with local brand teams on event, training planning and execution
- Coordinate daily communication with contracted travel agents on trip design and event organizing
- Help project manager on ad hoc issues
REQUIREMENT:
- Education: University graduate or above
- Languages: Chinese is must with good writing and spoken English
- Professional experience & know how: Interested in marketing and event organizing, prefer to have similar internship experience
- Technical & management skills:
• Good in multi tasking and co-ordination
• Good communication skill
• Good in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Undergraduate in Grade Three or Grade Four or Postgraduate is preferred.
