　　西门子(中国)有限公司医疗业务领域质量技术部 产品认证工程师... 职位描述：For our Healthcare Sector we are looking for a Product Certification Engineer at the earliest opportunity.

　　The Product Certification Engineer supports a fast and cost-efficient global marked access for safe SIEMENS Healthcare products of SSME, SMMR and SXVT.

　　What are my responsibilities?

　　1. Planning and performing of measurements and documentation of evidences for electrical and mechanical safety and radiation protection at medical electrical products on basis of IEC requirements.

　　2. Performing of measurements and investigations during the development phases for electrical and mechanical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

　　3. Evaluation of evidences for functional safety and risk management.

　　4. Development of concepts and remedial actions (e.g. isolations coordination) for the realization of normative requirements regarding product safety.

　　5. Advising and support of internal and external customers at the interpretation and realization of regulatory and normative requirements during the complete product life cycle.

　　6. Analyze of regulatory and normative product requirements regarding electrical and mechanical safety and preparation of these with the purpose of global market access.

　　7. Working in accordance to the quality requirements of the ISO IEC 17025.

　　What do I need to qualify for this job?

　　1. Fresh graduated which major in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical design and automation are acceptable.

　　2. Professional experience more than 3-4 years is nice to have.

　　3. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical product safety for medical products (Series of standards IEC 60601-x-y or IEC 60950)

　　4. Radiation protection knowledge desirable.

　　5. Experience in measurement technique (electric, mechanic, radiation)

　　6. Risk management desirable

　　7. Functional safety desirable

　　8. Safety for programmable electronic medical systems desirable

　　9. Intercultural experience desirable

　　10. Good English speaking and writing mandatory.
