How was your shopping trip Martin?
Martin你的购物旅程进行的怎么样？

Martin：

Actually it was the most interesting day I’ve had so far.

May：

Oh really? Did you find any bargains?

Martin：

I did! I found this lovely teapot. It was the best one I saw in the shops.

May：

And how did you get around town?
那你是怎么去逛了那么多的商店的？

Martin：

I took a taxi. It seemed the easiest thing to do.
我打了一辆出租车。这应该要算是当时最简便的交通方式了。

May：

Right, so you didn’t get lost?

Martin：

I did actually but I think I met some of the friendliest people in China. They soon showed me the way!
我确实是迷了路，不过我想我当时遇到了可能是全中国最友善的一些人。他们很快就给我指了路！
