　　一、公司简介
　　Prep Zone was established in 2006 in Singapore by two top-5 MBA graduates as a GMAT (business school admissions test) preparation provider. We’ve since expanded our services to preparing students for the SAT, GRE, MCAT, LSAT, etc., offering admissions consulting to foreign applicants to US and UK universities,and developing standardized tests for top international programs. We’ve also spread our reach, opening new training centres in Dubai, Shanghai, and Mumbai.
　　As Prep Zone continues to expand throughout Asia and beyond, we need bright young leaders who can step into our organization and become difference makers. Successful applicants will either be trained in Singapore then posted to our new centre in Shanghai or be sent directly to and trained in Shanghai. During your first year your primary responsibility will be training for tests like SAT or GMAT, however you will also get involved in content development, marketing,logistics and recruitment to make the Shanghai office a success.Prep Zone offers successful candidates who excel in our organization as teachers and employees the opportunity for rapid career progression after one year.
　　Available opportunities will involve recruitment, management, business development and further international expansion.

　　二、任职要求
　　An applicant must:
　　- Be able to teach in English
　　- Have a respected degree from a top university
　　- Have shown initiative and willingness to work hard and learn in past internships and jobs.
　　- Have tremendous interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a diverse team.
　　- Be open and excited about the prospect of working in a foreign country.
　　- Be a positive-thinking person with excellent demonstrated problem-solving skills.
　　- Be willing to study for and take at least one standardized test as a prerequisite to teaching the course for that test.
　　Ideally an applicant will:
　　- Have formal (or at least informal) teaching experience.
　　- Have high standardized testing scores
　　- Have experience with or passion for entrepreneurship and building new business units.
