　　The report， summarized in a KPMG Angola press release adds that， “Luanda， the capital city， is changing dramatically.这份毕马威安哥拉公司新闻稿中的报告称：”首都罗安达发生了翻天覆地的变化“。

　　"Angola is one of Africa‘s best kept secrets，“ said KPMG Angola senior partner Paul de Sousa quoted in the press release， adding that World Bank and International Monetary Fun reports of 14% GDP growth in 2005 ” makes Angola one of the fastest-growing economies on the planet“。

　　The World Bank and IMF estimate that Angola‘s GDP will grow 25% in 2006.世行和货币基金组织估计，安2006年的国内生产总值将增长25%.

　　KPMG believes that although much of this growth is due to the oil industry， many other sectors of the Angolan economy are also growing at these high rates.毕马威认为，虽然大部分增长来自石油业，安哥拉经济的其它行业也在高速增长。

　　This is the case with the construction sector， banking， communications， distribution， retail and agriculture and diamonds.如建筑业、银行业、通信业、销售业、零售业、农业、以及钻石业。

　　According to the press release， in the oil sector， current production volumes of 1.2 million barrels/day are likely to increase to 2 million barrels/day in 2007/2008 and the sector‘s importance is clear from the interest shown in the country by potential investors at during a presentation on Angolan oil as part of the World Petroleum Congress.该新闻稿称，石油业目前的日产量是120万桶，到2007/2008年，日产量将增长到200万桶。安哥拉的石油业非常重要，这一点可以从世界石油大会上各个潜在投资商对安的兴趣清楚地看出来。

　　It is difficult to understand the magnitude of this development without seeing it from an aircraft“ said de Sousa.德索萨说：”如果不从飞机向下俯视，很难体会发展的规模有多大“。

　　Added to this development is the reconstruction of the country‘s road and railway network helped along by the Chinese government which has provided a US$2 billion credit line.除此之外，安哥拉的公路和铁路网在中国政府支持下蓬勃发展，目前中方已经提供了20亿美元的信用额度。

　　The banking sector has also been undergoing significant change， according to KPMG， with new banks such as Novo Banco and Banco Internacional de Crédito entering the market and many other financial institutions lining up to do the same.银行业也在进行巨大变化：国际信贷银行的市场化，许多其它金融机构正排队市场化。
