上班时间：9:00am-6:00pm，一周工作三天至五天
地点：上海市浦东新区张江高科技园区（行政实习生）/上海市浦东新区世纪大道（物流实
习生）

Admin Intern:
Job Responsibilities:
Daily admin support for the assigned business teams, including but not limited
to transportation booking, overseas travel booking, invitation letter.
HR related activities support, such as interview arrangement, new hires setup,
etc.
Team event/activity coordination
Project based assignment such as cross-team activities.

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skill
Passionate and strong ownership
Self motivated and able to work under high pressure
English capability in speaking & writing
Able to work at least 3 days a week
Candidate with event coordination is preferred

Logistics Intern:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing import/export administration and control to ensure c
ompliance with government rules and regulations.
Reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions.
Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration,
and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.

Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for
freight forwarders.

Requirements:
Practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers ca
n be readily obtained.
Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience.
