Varig在葡航认购20%股份前变动董事会

　　Changes in the board of directors of Varig are also expected to lead to representatives of the company‘s creditors becoming part of the board， reported Diário Económico.据《经济日报》报道，Varig董事会的变动使公司债权人的代表进入董事会。

　　At the beginning of the week TAP took on the management of two Varig companies， VarigLog （transport and cargo） and VEM （engineering and maintenance）。
