　　我喜欢下象棋是受我爸的影响，他只要下班没事，就在电脑上下象棋。我两岁多时还没认字就认得每个棋子，知道它们摆在哪，后来爸爸教我每个棋子的走法，我开始对象棋感兴趣了。我上学以后认了好多字，课余时间就把爸爸的象棋书拿出来认真地看，看不懂的地方就问爸爸。爸爸下棋时，我也喜欢在旁边看，还不时问爸爸，这么走行不行，那么走行，我慢慢积累了点经验，没事时就拽着妈妈下棋。有时我在今晚报上看见一些残局，我就把棋盘、棋子拿出来，按照所给布局摆好，仔细思考。下象棋不能只想一步，还要想下一步怎么走，对方可能怎么走，我再怎样应对，要看终目的。下象棋不是为了多吃子。吃子只是手段，不是目的，目的是将对方将死。下棋可以培养我认真思考的好习惯。在学习上遇到困难要认真仔细地想，得出答案。

　　下象棋可以让我尝到失败的滋味，也可以让我感受到成功的喜悦，下棋得经过仔细思考下好每一步。
